Our Love Letter to Open-Source

Open-source software (OSS) is extremely important as it enables collaboration, transparency, and innovation within the tech and programming community. By making source code freely available, OSS allows anyone to modify, study, and improve software, which leads to faster problem-solving and more secure, reliable products, as well as learning concepts implemented in the so-called real-world software. It empowers both individuals and organizations, big or small, to build upon each other's work, which reduces costs, and helps prevent vendor lock-in, which is increasingly more common nowadays, sadly. Ultimately, open-source encourages a spirit of sharing and collective progress, making technology more accessible and beneficial for everyone. Open-source is not just a software guideline. It's a way of living. It's a community effort... Also, it's pretty cool, let's be honest...

We're a (very) small indie development studio. We make games, but also useful software, both for developers and common users. Our team is passionate about creativity, technology, and open collaboration. We believe in learning by doing, sharing our progress, and supporting others in the community.
